Questions people ask
Is it free?
Yes. Your wishlist and daily price-drop alerts are free. When you buy through a link in the app, the store may pay us a small commission. That never changes the price you pay.
Which stores does it track?
At launch, price tracking starts with popular US fashion and beauty stores, and we'll add more over time. Screenshots from stores we don't track yet still land in your wishlist with the price from the screenshot.
Does it work with TikTok Shop screenshots?
Yes. ShopNeuro reads TikTok Shop screenshots and adds them to your list. Prices are tracked when the same product is sold at a store we support.
What about Amazon?
Amazon screenshots are saved to your list, but we don't track Amazon prices at launch because of Amazon's rules for third-party apps.
Do my screenshots get uploaded?
No. Screenshots are read on your iPhone and the images never leave it. To identify a product and watch its price, we process the text from that product screenshot on our servers. Nothing else is sent.
I'm not in the US. Can I join?
Yes. The first version tracks US stores only, but join anyway and tell us where you are. It decides where we launch next.
Android?
iPhone first. If enough of the waitlist is on Android, that's next.
When does it launch?
We'll open a private TestFlight beta for the waitlist first, then launch on the App Store in the US. Everyone on the list gets an invite.
